The Diamond DA50RG’s first public appearance in the UK

It is with great excitement that we can announce the arrival of the first Diamond DA50RG in the UK. Gemstone Aviation (Diamond’s UK and Ireland distributor) placed the order for a demonstrator aircraft immediately the order book opened last year.

The DA50RG arrived on Wednesday July 28th at Leeds East Airport, and was registered as G-S0RG the following day. It will be ready for viewing at the Private Flyer show at Leeds East Airport on August 6th. This is the DA50RG’s first public appearance in the UK.

Unfortunately we are not able to fly the aircraft until we receive the Certificate of Airworthiness from the UK CAA, but we will, of course, be able to start demonstrations as soon as that happens.

Come and meet us at Leeds East Airport on August 6th and see the DA50RG. We will also have with us a DA40NG and a DA62. One of our customers will also be there with a DA42-VI, so we can show you our full model range.

If you are unable to attend at Leeds East, our next public showing of the DA50RG is planned for the Private Flyer show at Wycombe on September

17-18th.

Private viewings can of course be arranged and, as mentioned above, when we have the C of A, we will inform you as well.
