Yes, you can buy a Show Pass at the event for $30 per person. But why not save 33% by booking in advance online. In both cases children under 16 get free access when accompanied by a paying adult.

Private Flyer New York runs from 2pm – 7pm on Friday 9th September and from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 10th September 2022.

Ample free parking is available onsite and will be clearly signposted when you arrive at the entrance to Essex County Airport (NJ 07004). The car park is open for an hour before and after each show day:

Friday 9th: 1pm – 8pm
Saturday 10th: 9am – 5pm

Children under the age of 16 do not need to register, but can only access the event when accompanied by an adult with a valid Show Pass, either booked in advance or purchased on the day.

Immediately after registering we will email you a confirmation message including a link to view and print your ticket. If this email hasn’t arrived within 30 minutes then first check that it hasn’t ended up in your Junk or Spam folder, then contact us at tickets@privateflyershow.com. Please include the name and email address used when booking as these will help us locate your booking. We can then resend the confirmation email or send you a direct link to access your ticket.

We use PayPal for all payment processing so when you check out you will be taken over to their website to complete your purchase. The PayPal checkout is secured with SSL, encrypting the information sent from your browser to PayPal. No sensitive payment information (i.e. your credit/debit card details) are passed on to us, but we do have access to the name, email address and billing address you use when booking. After booking you will be sent an email confirming your Experience booking, with a link to view and print your ticket. If you are booking an Experience you don’t also need a Show Pass and can gain access to the event with your Experience ticket. The information about your booking will also be passed to the Experience provider so that if needed they can get in touch to confirm details or share important information about accessing your Experience on the day.
